We can handle every stage (or selected stages) of website launch and development – ensuring that our clients do not have to address what can be a technically confusing industry. Website builds
We match our web build to the client’s needs, this can include how they intend to use their site and edit their site. From small brochure sites to WordPress shops, we will find out what build will benefit you now and in the future.
Using the most recent web-compliant codes we ensure that sites are visible across all browsers. We use search-engine readable content.

Artwork & design
Our service carefully balances client need and budget to ensure best value. Many clients come to us with their branding in place which we are very happy to work with. Some graphic designers send us their vision and concept to complete for their client and we value our relationships with them.
Image sourcing & optimising
Using good visuals on the web is important. Where clients already have good images we can prepare them for use on their site. We also have relationships with photographers should new photos be needed, and access to recommended image libraries – ideal when time and budget are limited.

Hosting, domains & emails
We offer a complete service to new clients or advise clients who already have a web presence if their current hosting package is adequate. We provide hosting for our clients that is in UK data centres 100% powered by renewable sources – passed by ‘The Green Web Foundation’.
Content management & site editing
Content Management is an ongoing process; clients often require regular updates to be made to their service and product information. This service can be offered at an hourly rate for ad hoc updates or on a monthly fee basis for regular weekly or monthly content renewal. For clients wanting to make their own edits we can provide full Content Management Systems or our simple Text Editing software to suit their needs.
Search Engine Optimisation
We can work with you to help optimise your site – moving it up the search engine rankings. With the volume of commerce that is conducted online increasing daily, many clients find this an invaluable and cost-effective tool for their business.
We have partners who offer full keyword search and audits while the site is being built or later on.
Training
If you are interested in making your own edits or running your own site after the build we can train you and those around you.
We also offer training to individuals and companies where we haven’t been involved in the build.
With a background that includes teaching web design for beginners and Photoshop at adult college (PTLLS qualified) I am well practised in keeping instructions as basic as necessary to get the job done.
Website maintenance
Website maintenance is the most misunderstood service as people often sign-up for it but don’t know what it is.
Maintenance looks after the nuts and bolts of your site behind the scenes, it is the process of updating the core versions of your site including your software version, theme version and any plugins too. It is necessary to keep your site secure and editable, if versions fall too far behind you sometimes can’t update them at all.
